Connected Accounts and Data Deletion

Effective date: 7 October 2026

1. Disconnect an account

In 9signal, go to Settings → Integrations and choose Disconnect on the account. This stops 9signal from synchronizing new data from that account. For Search Console, Google Analytics and Google Ads, disconnecting also deletes the authorization credential 9signal stored for that account; metrics that have already been collected are not deleted by disconnecting. For YouTube, disconnecting deletes the channel data and statistics 9signal collected from that channel. To have other stored data deleted, send a request as described below.

2. Revoke Google access

You can remove 9signal’s access to your Google account, including YouTube, at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

3. Request deletion

Email support@9signal.ai from the email address of an administrator of your 9signal company. Please include your company name and tell us what you would like deleted:

4. What happens next

We will verify that the request comes from an authorized administrator. Deletion requests are currently processed by our team rather than automatically.

Some records may be retained where required for security, legal or audit purposes.

5. YouTube data

When you disconnect YouTube in 9signal, we delete the YouTube channel data and statistics we collected. We keep the YouTube authorization credential only until 9signal’s access has been removed on Google’s side; that step is completed separately and can take longer. You can also remove 9signal’s access yourself at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. If you revoke 9signal’s access to your YouTube data, we delete stored YouTube data in line with the YouTube API Services requirements.
